Delete your WTD Now account

As soon as you confirm

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, date of birth and profile photo.
• Your sign-in: sessions on every device, linked devices and notification tokens, sign-in history and sign-in locations.
• Your settings: notification preferences, privacy and cookie choices, and subscriptions.
• Upcoming reservations, which are cancelled.

Within 24 hours

• App and website activity recorded against your account.
• If you used WTD Now's AI features: your interests, your taste profile, and your conversations with the concierge, including anything it saved.

• A closed-account record: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, the Google or Apple account you signed in with, and your privacy choices. Kept for 90 days for fraud investigations and support requests, then erased.
• Your account number, with a one-way hash of your email address and phone number. Kept permanently, so the number is never given to anyone else, and to help us spot repeat fraud.
• Order, payment, ticket and reservation records, for as long as tax and financial record-keeping laws require, up to seven years, as our Privacy Policy explains.
• A security record that the account was deleted, and any reason you gave us for leaving, linked only to your account number. These have no set end date.
• Saved favorites, reviews you posted and your search history are not yet removed automatically. Before you delete your account you can remove your favorites and clear your search history yourself. To have reviews removed, email support@wtdnow.com.
• Copies in our internal data streams expire within 7 to 30 days. Until they do, our systems skip your records; to do that, we keep your account number on a list of deleted accounts for 90 days.
• Backups expire within 7 days.

Your account is deleted the moment you confirm. There is no waiting period. Activity and AI data are gone within 24 hours, copies in data streams within 30 days, backups within 7 days, and the closed-account record after 90 days. A request sent to our support team is handled within the time applicable law allows.
