We may also generate information about you (e.g., information about your device when you use our mobile application). For example, if you provide your contact details to register an account with us, subscribe to notifications like our alerts or (“OTPs”), or enable us to contact you. 4.1 Security Safeguards
We use a combination of technical and organizational security measures to safeguard the personal information we process about our users. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. While we employ robust security measures to protect your data, we acknowledge that no system can be entirely secure. We encourage you to use additional security tools, such as enabling two-factor authentication and using secure networks when accessing WTD Now Platform. This can include using tools such as internet firewalls, secure email, and other security technologies.
While we strive to protect your data, WTD Now assumes no liability for any disclosure due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
4.2 Your Role in Keeping Information Secure
It’s important that you keep your WTD Now account secure. Please do not share your username, password, or any other security information associated with your account. If we receive instructions using your credentials, we will assume that they were authorized by you. If you believe that your account’s security has been compromised, please contact us immediately, as detailed in the How to Contact Us section below.
4.3 Data Retention
We may retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and you comply with the Terms of Service. After your account becomes inactive or you discontinue accessing the WTD Now Platform, we may retain your contact information for up to seven years to comply with legal obligations, audit requirements, and address any outstanding issues. Please contact us for further details on our data retention practices. We may also retain your personal information as needed to:
- Maintain logs and business records for analysis, security, or auditing purposes.
- Comply with record retention requirements under applicable laws.

6. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS (U.S.)
SMS/Text Messages: By providing your phone number and using our Services, you consent to receive SMS text messages from WTD Now for:
- Account verification and one-time passwords (OTP)
- Order confirmations and status updates
- Event and ticket confirmations, changes, and reminders
- Reservation confirmations and reminders
- Important account and security notifications
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and transactions.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. Please note that opting out may affect your ability to receive important account-related notifications such as verification codes.
Help: For help with SMS, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@wtdnow.com.
Supported Carriers: SMS messages are supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sharing of Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Email: If you no longer wish to receive marketing and promotional emails from WTD Now, you may click on the "unsubscribe" link in such emails to opt-out of future marketing email communications. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will continue to send essential service-related messages, such as account updates, transaction confirmations, and security notifications.
Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising: To exercise choices regarding cookies set through our websites or Services, as well as other types of online tracking and advertising. While we do not currently recognize ‘do-not-track’ signals from browsers, we honor legally required browser-level opt-out preferences (such as Global Privacy Control) as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for interest-based advertising, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Application Location: We collect location information when you enable location services on your mobile device or provide explicit consent, where required by law. You can adjust the privacy settings of your device at any time to turn off location sharing with our Services. Disabling location services may limit access to features that rely on location data, such as personalized content, location-based recommendations, or service availability. For guidance on adjusting location settings, refer to your device’s privacy settings or consult your device manufacturer’s support resources.
Control Over Information in Your Account: If you have an account with us, you can access, update, or correct your personal information by logging into your account. You can delete your account, and see what we delete and what we keep, on our account deletion page. - Right to Opt-Out of Sharing for Targeted Advertising: You may opt-out of having your personal information used for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising purposes.

7. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
These disclosures describe how WTD Now collects, uses, processes, and discloses personal information of California residents, as well as the rights you may have under California law. These disclosures supplement WTD Now’s Privacy Policy with information required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

California law requires that we describe the personal information we collect about California residents, including by identifying specific categories of information. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law.
Under California law, certain disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even if no monetary exchange occurs. WTD Now does not sell your personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months. We do not use third-party advertising networks, and we do not disclose personal information to third-party advertisers for their own advertising purposes.
We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
We also disclose personal information to third parties for legitimate business purposes, including maintaining security, preventing fraud, and providing customer support. In the past 12 months, we may have disclosed the following categories of personal information:
- Personal details, contact information, or identifiers
- Location data
- Photos or visual information
- Commercial information
- Device, usage, and internet activity information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing our Services, complying with legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing your requests. This could include sending an email to the account associated with your WTD Now account or asking security questions.
If you are an authorized agent wishing to exercise rights on behalf of a California resident, please submit your request along with written authorization from the consumer.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under California law, except where permitted by applicable law (e.g., for requests that we cannot complete due to inability to verify identity).
8. SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS FOR YOUR REGION
If you reside in one of the regions below, the following additional terms apply to you and take precedence over anything inconsistent in the rest of this Policy. To exercise any of the rights described in this section, contact us at privacy@wtdnow.com or use the controls in your account. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time required by your local law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
8.1 European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, and WTD Now, Inc. is the data controller of your personal data.
Legal bases. We process your personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Services, process bookings, reservations, orders, and payments;
- Consent — for non-essential cookies, personalization and AI-powered recommendations based on your usage activity, and marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect for the future;
- Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud, and provide basic suggestions from your transaction history (you may object at any time);
- Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other laws.
Your rights. You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict processing of your personal data;
- data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for personalized recommendations;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Profiling and personalization. With your consent we analyze how you use the Services to provide personalized suggestions and AI-powered recommendations. This profiling does not produce legal or similarly significant effects. You can switch it off at any time via the cookie preferences (Section 5) or by contacting us.
International transfers. Your data is processed in the United States. Transfers from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum / Swiss amendments, as applicable), as described in Section 9.
Complaints. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EEA, the data protection authority of your member state; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). 8.2 Canada
If you are in Canada, we process your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and applicable provincial laws, including the Quebec Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25).
- Consent: We collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your consent or as permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
- Access and correction: You may request access to your personal information and ask us to correct inaccuracies.
- Quebec residents: You have the additional rights to request de-indexing, to be informed of and object to processing that uses technology to identify, locate, or profile you (including our personalization features, which are off by default until you consent), and to data portability.
- Commercial electronic messages: We send marketing emails and texts only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

8.3 Singapore
If you are in Singapore, we process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
- Consent and purposes: We collect, use, and disclose personal data with your consent and for the purposes described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time with reasonable notice.
- Access and correction: You may request access to and correction of your personal data.
- Do Not Call: We will not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone numbers registered with the Do Not Call Registry without your clear consent.
- Protection and retention: We apply reasonable security arrangements and retain personal data only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.

8.4 India
If you are in India, we process your digital personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), acting as a Data Fiduciary.
- Notice and consent: We process your personal data based on your consent for the purposes described in this Policy, or for certain legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act. You may withdraw consent at any time as easily as it was given.
- Your rights: You may request a summary of the personal data we process about you, request correction, completion, updating, or erasure of your personal data, and nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
- Children: We do not process the personal data of persons under 18 in India without verifiable parental consent, and we do not carry out behavioral tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.
- Grievances: You may raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer at privacy@wtdnow.com. If unresolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8.5 Japan
If you are in Japan, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information ("APPI").
- Purpose of use: We use personal information only for the purposes described in this Policy and will not use it beyond those purposes without your consent.
- Your rights: You may request disclosure of your retained personal data, correction, addition, or deletion of inaccurate data, and cessation of use or third-party provision where handled in violation of the APPI.
- Sensitive information: We do not collect special care-required personal information (such as health information) without your prior consent. Please avoid entering health-related details in free-text fields unless necessary for your booking.
- Cross-border transfers: Your personal information is processed in the United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge this transfer; information about the data protection framework of the destination country is available on request.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF INFORMATION

11. CHILDREN
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of majority in applicable jurisdictions. The age of majority varies by jurisdiction, but in the United States, it is generally 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.
