  • With our Hosts: Users who publish and offer services on our platform (each a “Host” and collectively, “Hosts”) and their affiliates, when you make a service request through the Services, including when you make a reservation or if you provide feedback about your Host service experience through us, such as via a survey. When we disclose your information to a Host for the purposes of facilitating your Host service request, the Host is collecting and processing your personal information as a controller and your personal information is subject to its privacy policy and practices. ... It’s important that you keep your WTD Now account secure. Please do not share your username, password, or any other security information associated with your account. If we receive instructions using your credentials, we will assume that they were authorized by you. 4.3 Data Retention

We may retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and you comply with the Terms of Service. After your account becomes inactive or you discontinue accessing the WTD Now Platform, we may retain your contact information for up to seven years to comply with legal obligations, audit requirements, and address any outstanding issues.     Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and transactions.

    Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

    Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. Please note that opting out may affect your ability to receive important account-related notifications such as verification codes.

    Supported Carriers: SMS messages are supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Email: If you no longer wish to receive marketing and promotional emails from WTD Now, you may click on the "unsubscribe" link in such emails to opt-out of future marketing email communications. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we will continue to send essential service-related messages, such as account updates, transaction confirmations, and security notifications.

  • Cookies and Interest-Based Advertising: To exercise choices regarding cookies set through our websites or Services, as well as other types of online tracking and advertising. While we do not currently recognize ‘do-not-track’ signals from browsers, we honor legally required browser-level opt-out preferences (such as Global Privacy Control) as requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for interest-based advertising, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Application Location: We collect location information when you enable location services on your mobile device or provide explicit consent, where required by law.
